Last week Sunday- 13^th of November 2011, members of the Vlisco design and marketing team along side fashion lovers and close family and friends of renowned African fashion designer Lanre Da Silva Ajayi (LDA) who as we all know recently took New York by storm at the spring/summer 2012 Arise magazine Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week captivating the big apple with her designs, showcased a special 10 capsule collection at Protea Hotel Ikeja Lagos for Vlisco.

A couple of weeks ago, the new flagship store of Temple Muse opened in Victoria Island of Lagos with an exclusive launch party were distinguished guests and glitterati alike were all present.

TW magazine turned four recently and celebrated with a big bang in an event tagged “The TW Phoenix Gala”, a brainchild of the magazine’s publisher, renowned media mogul Adesuwa Onyenokwe and the magazine’s managing editor Kemi Ogunleye. 20 women “matriarchs and protégées” were recognised for their various roles, career paths and contribution to the Nigeria society.
